#22 and Little Book Big Results

What am I passionate  about? I  am passionate about  the number 22!

That is the number of American veterans we are losing everyday to suicide!

This  needs to STOP!

What  else am I passionate about? Helping people who suffer from anxiety!

We attempt to live normal lives and it holds us back.

Good news, a friend gave me a book to read while I was on this trip!

Within 5 minutes of  cracking the cover and trying a few brain rewire techniques

I had tackled some of  my anxiety. I was amazed! Give it a try!

  1. Thank you for sharing the website about the veterans. Both of our sons are in military service. Our oldest son is a chief petty officer in the US Navy and our youngest son is a Corporal in the US Marine Corps. OOHRAH!

The statistics trouble me greatly. We have to do all that we can to help the veterans. The first thing we can do, and it is one thing that everyone, no matter their economic status, can do is pray! They go through so much trying to protect the world and keep us free and so much is done against them when they are discharged. It is just awful, this group of people should not ever have to worry about being homeless nor should they have to fight for health care. It is just awful what they go through.

    Have a blessed day.

    1. Thank you for sharing!

My son is a veteran. We have lost 3 from his platoon since he has been home. It is devastating!

The statistics terrify me. I can only hope that by spreading the word and letting each and everyone of them know we care. WE CAN make a difference.

God Bless your sons and their awesome hearts!

Kind Regards from a One Blue Star mom to a Two Blue Star mom – K

    2. You’re welcome and thank you, too! And please thank your boy for our family, too. I am so sorry for the loss of the three platoon members. That is so sad. One of the local boys (a Marine) died in service a couple of years ago…this is the anniversary month of his death. The family said to not ask any questions about what happened, so that has made me wonder if he was a suicide victim, too. 😦
May our Heavenly Father bless your son and his brothers in service and see them all through safely. Many blessings to you, too.
You brought a tear to my eye with that last statement…”…one Blue Star mom to a Two Blue Star mom.” That makes us Star sisters. 🙂 Have a blessed day.
