My Lil’ Corner of the World

Peel  the  layers of  a banana and you find a soft, smooth fruit.

A fruit that is delicious plain, makes a tasty bread or delectable whipped cream topped banana cream pie. Slice that same fruit, dry those pieces and you get a healthy & crunchy  banana chip. 

Why lies beneath the top layer is relevant.

Driving through the country side, you don’t see malls, but small often musty , mom & pop country stores, separated by mile after mile, acres upon acres of thick undergrowth, woods, lakes, hillsides and fields.

What’s so relevant about that? Certainly doesn’t look like anything special.

 

Right? 

Wrong!
