By doing a second kombucha fermentation, even for 24 hrs will add fizz? Plus it’s the opportunity to add a couple of slices of fresh ginger to give your batch a zing!
A lot of people haven’t. One option is there are usually bottles of kombucha on sale in the local grocery store produce cooler. I suggest the Brand Kevita. They have a variety of flavors. Remember do not expect to taste sweet. ❤️
