Dreary, dark gray storm clouds pass
Along with the dew.
A vibrant, Buttercup yellow sun appears.
It reaches across the morning sky,
To touch me, with it’s’ warming rays.
A smile brightens my gently, aging face.
I feel rejuvenated by this late, arrival,
Of our transformation into Springtime days.
Don’t forget to join in the fun of a SIWO poetry contest! 😁
Kind Regards – K
The margins and gutter are set!
I have re-learned the areas of word set up, I obviously 🙄 have forgotten since the last time I self published!
Everything transfers perfectly to PDF, then uploads lovely to Amazon publishing.
Pages paginated? ✅
Table of Contents on right hand side ? ✅ 😁
Copyright on back of Title page? ✅
Author/Publishing prose readymade and in place for introduction? ✅
When I publish, I look at it as an adventure! As with the set up, I need my THREE E’s!
(or shrink) upon
the next step!
I now go through and look at the journal through the eyes of someone who loves to journal! ME!
Tooo long! 😝
Time to go through and shrink it down a bit!
Better too much than too little!
Still working on it! 🥳

Still creating the personal journal splashed with photography. Fun project, mostly!
Finally decided on a cover!
Uploaded it and realized it needed to be 300 dpi! (Dots per square inch!)
Found a wonderful “free” drag and drop link on line that converts photos!
This is a photo of a screen shot placed in a word doc printed on plain paper! 🤣
You didn’t want it simply simple, did you?
More to come…
Just like the tiny branch
Twirls on the branch above,
Often so do my thoughts.
They flip, flop, twist, turn, and often tailspin. When I journal it seems to slow my mind down. I am able to catch my breath!
You will soon be in for a treat! I’m working on a journal to publish, slight twist… I have scattered a few photographs throughout! There are 5 contributing photographers!
Kind Regards and hugs – K
I hear the sweet sounds
Of peep, peep,
From the peepers in the pond.
I see a zig zag, flash,
Of lightening in the distance.
A Spring rain, is blowing,
Across my face,
Pushed by a warm breeze.
It puts my mind at ease.
Yet, my heart beats,
As I realize,
I may have stumbled
Kind Regards and happy Friday – K
